I am with a school district, ordering a booster seat for one of our students who is in a wheelchair. I place this order on August 6th expecting it to be here before school started (August 19th). I received emails with surveys about receiving the product so I began to assume that we had received the product and it could be sitting in a post office or in our mail room. I looked all over for it on our school. I could not find a tracking number for this product's delivery. I called the 1-800 number to find that the product had not been shipped yet. I would have liked to know the amount of time it would take to ship so that we could be better prepared for this situation and for our student who needs this product. It was not until I contacted Adaptivemall.com that I found out that it was shipping today.
The surveys that were sent before the product was even shipped led me to believe that the product had been shipped and that I needed to track down the package.
Our student personally picked out this product and was looking forward to using it. I had to notify his parent, today (8/18), that it would not be delivered for a bit.
