I just had a pretty good experience as far as the selection of items. I feel most sites I’ve been on have had very little to none as far as their lingerie products and honestly, I was trying to get something nice for my wife and of course I even found something to wear myself to please her. My only issue through all of this is the extra charges at the end that if I didn’t thoroughly look through, I might have paid for something that wasn’t truly necessary(I’m of course referring to the damaged or loss item portion). Although I feel if you are a good company that truly cares about the customer getting their product NOT lost or damaged, you shouldn’t have your customers pay for that assurance. It should already be your top priority to make sure all your customers get their products safely without having to pay the extra dollar amount. We already have to pay for shipping costs, taxes, and if we want to “prioritize our package” (that one was new to me). Don’t get me wrong though, overall, a good site, easy to read, great reviews for the products which help in the push to buy. And the complimentary free gifts were definitely a big hit in my opinion. I would ONLY change the paying for packages to be delivered without “loss or damage”. Because if you truly care about your customers, you shouldn’t charge them for something you should genuinely already do. Thank you though for this awesome website that makes finding these pleasurable items easy to navigate.
