I placed my order there was a mixup somehow the wrong address was out on my package Y'all said it was PayPal, PayPal said it was y'all. I believe it was PayPal. I've used Adam&Eve for over 25 years and never had this issue. This was the first time using PayPal. When I realized the package was going to the wrong address I called ASAP. It was too late and my package was already shipped. So I had to wait till it was out for delivery and contacted my local post office. I called A&E they said. that they would take that one back and send me a different one in it's place. The original package was returned to sender and my new package was shipped. However when it got to the Post Office it was showing that it was on hold for "postage payment" so I used the chat option. Then I was told that there was a miscommunication and they had already covered the shipping this was on October 3rd I believe. They said for me to be patient and wait for it because it will be here before October 10th. Today is October the 15th and I am still waiting on it. Like I stated before I e been with Adam&Eve since the day I turned 18. Im very loyal.. This is a very negative experience in my opinion I can't. .. I am going to have to give it some serious thought before I decide if I'm going to purchase a new anything else in the future.
