Customer service is terrible, the attitude from the beginning as I’m trying to explain why I was concerned made it worse! Also sending product that is supposed to go inside the body and it’s covered (like can see from the packaging before even opening!)in lint, hair, and the worst one, hard black plastic shards, is highly unsafe. And you want your consumers to pay to ship it back. So if that was my only purchase, and I return it, it m basically paying you for the whole experience, because even with a refund of the product, the customer does not get the full amount back, factoring that in. And sure maybe not all reasons warrant a full 100% back, but why should I pay you to take back an unsafe product? The packaging was also the kind that’s easy doesn’t have a proper seal, so there’s zero guarantee that, that product hadn’t been tampered with at all. I was not being rude when I reached out to customer service. I was making a point for looking for the facts to explain this state of which I received the product. C.S ended the chat before the conversation was over, and made not note that they were doing so. Besides all of that, the other item in my order came just fine, and I have to wonder if it’s because it was in packaging you can’t easily access with out ruining the seal.
