Overall, I had a positive experience with Adam & Eve. I'm satisfied with the products I've received. Only drawback was a second charge I didn't authorize. When I placed the order, I added on expedited shipping bringing it to about $75. Fair, I understood. Had some buyer's remorse. Contacted customer service in regards to cancelling the order. I was told it couldn't be cancelled. Okay, cool, whatever. Then, I see a second transaction on my bank account. I was like, "Huh, shipping was in with the $75, right?" Went back, checked my receipt, yup, it's on the receipt. Checked my paypal- I wasn't showing a second transaction, but my bank had it coded paypal Adam. Contacted customer service again with screenshots. I was told they couldn't open them for virus protection. Fair enough. Result of that was being told to talk to my bank. I went and spoke with my bank. I gave them a recap- the $75 was good and okay, its this $40 that's weird and I don't understand. My bank clerk told me it looked like a separate transaction for the shipping, we were both confused on that.
