Ordering thru Adam&Eve was easy and quick. Unfortunately I had issues with the Shipping. I placed my order for pickup at the local UPS store, I had to do this because we are out of the area. I contacted UPS, when I saw my order was going to my billing address witch was no where nere my location at the time. UPS told me to contact the merchant. I contacted A&E and the person I spoke with told me she would contact the shipping supervisor and call me back, she never did. The next day delivery day, ups attempted to deliver to the wrong address, I called them and again they said I had to contact the merchant, Called A&E and spoke with a different person who stated they were able to change the address to local UPS Office. I was told that UPS didn't allow pick up so that's why it was default to my billing address. The ups location they gave me for pickup was not a pickup area, so the manager at UPS scolded me saying not to send things to their location next time. The UPS location was rude and just not what I wanted to deal with.
