I will say it can be a little frustrating. Trying to navigate the website at times when you try to click back. It ends up taking you out of the website entirely and unfortunately, sometimes when you do that, it will automatically log you out of your account so you have to log back in as well.. i did have a prior issue with a back ordered item.And I did have to cancel it today.I decided not to reorder it because it was also backordered again so I didn't wanna deal with that. I also didn't know that the card isn't charged until the items are actually sent. I do see that there's ahold on the card for the amount. However, I wasn't charged the entire amount due to the back item. And during that time, I had received a new bank card do issues with my card. However, I will say, customer service has been extremely hopeful.And the best customer service i've ever had for anything buying anything online. Also for some items, I wish there was a little bit more description over that it showed the size of the item.Some do , but not all of them
