The chat is helpful but your but your web site is NOT user friendly. You need to go on and use it as if YOU'VE NEVER SEEN your web site and ordering before!! It is very slow, the, the coupon and codes do not show up, maybe make it clearer. When I am shopping an item and want to go back, I am sent to the beginning of the options, make it s it goes back to where I was.
Even right now doing this survey, as soon as I stop typing it goes to the beginning, kind of a pain in my ass and I almost said "screw it".
Your toys and products are great, after shopping one time I'm familiar with your items and I am getting at least 2 emails A DAY WITH OFFERS!! WAY TO MANY AND REALLY ANNOYING, I GET IT. YOU WANT ME (US) TO BUY MORE. BUT YOU ARE PUSHING CUSTOMERS AWAYVWITH SOOOOOOO MANY EMAILS. Honestly it makes me want to disable the text option completely, if THATS YOUR GOAL? Congra, success..
(Seriously this text box flipping back to the beginning is pissing me off!) I'm not trying to be negative nick but MAYBE someone that cares about NOT pushing customers away will read this and respond by making it more END USER FRIENDLY! Suggest a study group of people, all ages that have never seen your web site and cut them lose, watch them and see where THEY struggle OR get frustrated.
Damn, there is more I want to say but I CAN'T TAKE the text reverting back to the beginning.
